Topic: Fort Worth Better Buildings Challenge
Speaker: Sam Gunderson
- While holding jobs and internships in the financial market, LEED construction, and community programming fields, Sam graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Environmental Earth Resources and a Business minor. He is currently employed as the Conservation Specialist for the City of Fort Worth which primarily entails project management relating to energy efficiency, the Fort Worth Better Buildings Challenge, and fostering community relations. Outside of his work at the City, Sam is involved in multiple Ft. Worth initiatives including, but not limited to Steer Fort Worth, the Downtown Fort Worth Inc. Housing Committee, the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce Central Area Committee Board, and the Ronald McDonald House Red Shoe Society.
Our May meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 20th at the Petroleum Club in downtown Fort Worth. Parking is available in the parking garage on the street level of the building. We will validate parking at the meeting. Also, join us for YEA Happy Hour that evening.
